Dan has over 30 years of experience in international freight, handling global shipments for clients like the PGA Tour, Amgen, and Sony. Known for his expertise in ocean and air logistics, he’s also served as a TSA Coordinator across multiple companies. Outside of work, Dan is a certified dog behaviorist, guitarist, and proud Dodgers fan.

Ashley has been with MAV Inc. since day one, growing from processing invoices to overseeing all aspects of accounting. She leads the team with a focus on accuracy, budgeting, and financial insight. With a unique path from flight attendant to controller, she thrives in MAV’s supportive, team-first culture.

Kalyn is focused on recruiting top talent and supporting team growth. With a background in marketing and a passion for building organized, efficient systems, she’s proud of improving workplace processes. She values the open, collaborative culture around her.
